By accessing or using the Sportsanim website and platform (the "Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not access or use the Service. These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and Sportsanim Inc.
Sportsanim is a browser-based tactical sports animation platform that allows users to create, edit, and export animated playbooks. The Service is currently offered as a free beta. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any aspect of the Service at any time with reasonable notice.
You must be at least 16 years of age to use the Service. By using the Service, you represent and warrant that you meet this age requirement and have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms.

Your Content: You retain full ownership of all tactical data, animations, formations, and exported files you create using the Service ("User Content"). Sportsanim claims no ownership rights over User Content. Since all processing occurs client-side, we never have access to or possession of your User Content.
Our Platform: The Service, including its source code, design, branding, documentation, and built-in templates, is owned by Sportsanim Inc. and protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or reverse-engineer any part of the Service.
You agree not to use the Service to:
Sportsanim provides pre-built formation templates as part of the Service. These templates are licensed for use within the platform and in exported content. You may use exported animations containing these templates for personal, educational, and commercial coaching purposes. You may not extract, resell, or redistribute the templates independently from the Service.
During the beta period, the Service is provided free of charge. We make no guarantees regarding uptime, data persistence, or feature availability. We encourage users to export and save their work locally.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Sportsanim Inc. shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of data, revenue, profits, or business opportunities arising out of or related to your use of the Service.
Our total aggregate liability for any claims arising from the Service shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim (which during beta is $0).
The Service is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Sportsanim Inc., its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses (including reasonable attorney's fees) arising out of or in connection with your use of the Service or violation of these Terms.
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will provide notice of material changes by updating the "Last updated" date and, where appropriate, notifying you via email. Your continued use of the Service after modifications constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
We may terminate or suspend your access to the Service at any time, with or without cause, with or without notice. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease. All provisions of these Terms that by their nature should survive termination shall survive.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Delaware.
